Elections
The officers of the Board of Trustees shall consist of the President and Vice-President. These officers shall be elected by the Board of Trustees at the June regular meeting. Officers shall hold office for a period of one (1) year or until their successors are elected. The Board shall appoint a Secretary to the Board.
